Work Package 4 – Cultural Events and Community Engagement focuses on the dissemination of project results, the involvement of local communities and the organisation of cultural events. This Work Package runs from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2027 and aims to ensure that the project reaches the right audiences and creates a meaningful social and cultural impact.
The first activity concerns audience targeting. The project partners will identify and define the main target groups for the cultural events, ensuring that the planned activities are relevant, accessible and engaging for the communities involved. The expected result is the creation of three lists of target audiences, one for each partner context.
A second key element is the development of a communication strategy. This includes the preparation of a detailed communication plan, promotional materials, the project website and regular updates on the partners’ social media profiles. These tools will support the promotion of the events and strengthen community engagement throughout the project.
The Work Package also includes the organisation of three multiplier events, one in each partner country. These events will be designed to present and share the project outcomes with local and international participants, promoting dialogue, visibility and wider dissemination of the results achieved.
Finally, the project will carry out an impact assessment to monitor and evaluate the social effects of the cultural events. Surveys, interviews and feedback collection will be used to assess the effectiveness of the communication activities and the overall impact on participants and communities. The results will be documented through social impact reports, contributing to the final evaluation of the project’s outreach and effectiveness.
