Work Package 3

Training:
Creation of interactive training modules and online resources

Work Package 3 – Training focuses on the implementation of training activities and the assessment of their effectiveness. This Work Package takes place from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027 and is structured around two main phases: the delivery of training and knowledge-sharing activities, followed by the development of assessment tools and data analysis.

The first phase, corresponding to Activity 3.1, runs from 1 February 2026 to 30 September 2026. It includes learning experimentation and pilot activities through intensive transnational online training sessions focused on art-based teaching for adults. These sessions aim to test the educational materials developed in the previous Work Package and to support participants in applying creative and artistic methodologies to the development of soft and digital skills.

This phase also promotes knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences through tools such as virtual diaries, examples of good practices and collaborative discussions. The expected results include two transnational online training sessions involving participants from the partner countries, as well as 100 case studies and good practices collected in Italy, Romania and Sweden.

The second phase, corresponding to Activity 3.2, takes place from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027. It focuses on the development of assessment tools to monitor participants’ learning progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the training interventions. This activity is essential to measure the impact of the modules and to understand how the proposed methodology supports learners’ development.

Finally, the Work Package includes a data analysis phase, during which the results of the monitoring activities are collected and examined. The main outputs will include assessment tools and three reports on the monitoring and effectiveness of the training modules. Overall, Work Package 3 represents a key step in testing, validating and improving the educational approach of the project.
