Work Package 1 – Project Management concerns the overall management of the project throughout its full implementation period, from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2027. This work package aims to ensure effective planning, constant coordination among partners, quality monitoring, and proper administrative and financial management.
During the planning phase, project activities are defined in detail, resources are allocated, and the timetable of planned events is validated. This provides a clear work structure and ensures that all activities remain consistent with the project objectives.
Coordination is a key element of the Work Package. Through regular partner meetings, the progress of activities is monitored, any potential issues are discussed, and management documents, such as timesheets and bi-monthly quality reports, are prepared and updated.
Another essential aspect is quality assurance, which involves continuous monitoring and evaluation. This activity makes it possible to regularly assess the results achieved, identify potential risks, and adopt corrective measures where necessary, ensuring compliance with the expected quality standards.
Finally, the Work Package includes reporting activities, with particular attention to financial management and progress reporting. This phase ensures transparency, traceability, and proper documentation of all activities carried out during the project.
