Work Package 5 – Sustainability, Monitoring and Evaluation focuses on ensuring the long-term continuity, effectiveness and impact of the project beyond its formal implementation period. This Work Package runs from 1 March 2026 to 30 November 2027 and aims to strengthen the project’s sustainability, monitor its results and support the integration of its activities into wider educational contexts.
The first activity consists of identifying partner organisations in each participating country, namely Italy, Romania and Sweden. These organisations will be selected on the basis of their commitment to adult education, their interest in arts-based learning, their connection with local communities and their capacity to replicate the project’s activities in the long term.
A key part of the Work Package is the development of sustainability strategies. These strategies will include financial sustainability plans, such as the identification of funding opportunities, grant applications and possible partnerships with local stakeholders and businesses. At the same time, operational sustainability will be addressed by ensuring the continued use and maintenance of the online platform and the training materials developed during the project.
The Work Package also includes the implementation of a continuous monitoring system. This system will track the results achieved across all project activities, including participation rates, learner satisfaction, skills development and community engagement. Monitoring will be carried out through tools such as pre- and post-training surveys, interviews with participants and community members, and analysis of project documentation.
Finally, the project will work towards the integration of its activities into education systems. This will involve cooperation with national and regional education authorities, as well as with educators, to explore how the arts-based training modules can be included in formal and non-formal adult education programmes. Overall, Work Package 5 is essential to ensure that the project creates lasting value and continues to generate impact after its completion.
