Navigating the Transition from R&D to Pilot Training
ARTSKILLS TPM VI focused on the transition from the Research and Development phase to the launch of the Pilot Training phase.
The meeting represented a key moment for aligning partners on the final steps needed to complete the digital learning environment and prepare the implementation of WP3.
One of the main focuses of the meeting was the finalisation of the WP2 educational assets.
Partners reviewed the status of the Moodle platform, the upload of the remaining modules, the integration of the virtual diary and the preparation of the chatbot configuration.
These activities are essential to ensure that learners can access a complete, interactive and structured digital training experience.
The meeting also addressed the organisation of the pilot training phase, including the identification of learners, the preparation of access credentials and the definition of testing procedures.
The pilot activities will involve different target groups and will support the evaluation of the training modules, the digital tools and the overall learning experience.
At the end of the meeting, the partners agreed on the main actions to be completed in the following weeks:
finalising the remaining learning materials, completing chatbot configuration, updating project documentation, preparing learner profiles and ensuring that all partners are ready for the official launch of the WP3 pilot training phase.
