During the fifth transnational project meeting, the partners reviewed the project trajectory at month 12, marking the transition from the foundation phase to the experimentation phase.
The meeting focused on the status of the main Work Packages, including project management, the finalisation of the e-learning modules, the Moodle learning environment, communication milestones and the preparation of the pilot training activities.
This phase is essential to ensure that the project is ready for launch, with clear learner onboarding procedures, testing activities, chatbot configuration and upcoming administrative deadlines properly coordinated among all partners.

The Digital Learning Ecosystem
A key focus of TPM 5 was the development of the ARTSKILLS digital learning ecosystem, designed to connect the Moodle learning environment with innovative tools such as the AI evaluator chatbot, QR-based artistic pathways and the virtual diary.
This system will support learners throughout the pilot training phase, allowing them to access the six e-learning modules, interact with artistic content and reflect on their learning experience in a more personal and engaging way.
The digital ecosystem represents an important step in preparing the project for its next phase, ensuring that training activities are interactive, accessible and closely connected to the project’s educational objectives.
