During the fourth transnational project meeting, the partners reviewed the overall project progress, focusing on management, e-learning development, communication activities and the next steps toward pilot testing.
The meeting provided an opportunity to monitor the status of the different Work Packages, with particular attention to the development of the online learning modules, the Moodle platform, the chatbot architecture and the dissemination strategy.
This phase is important to ensure that all partners remain aligned, that project outputs are completed on time, and that the training activities planned for the following months can be effectively prepared and implemented.
Connecting Art, Digital Tools and Learner Reflection
One specific topic addressed during the fourth TPM was the integration of artistic and cultural materials into the digital learning environment. Partners discussed how selected artworks and regional artistic assets could be transformed into interactive educational resources through the use of QR codes and then connected to the Moodle platform. This approach helps create a bridge between physical or cultural heritage materials and online learning activities, making the training experience more accessible, engaging and innovative.
A particularly important element was the use of the virtual diary, designed to support learners in recording their personal reflections, emotions and critical observations during the learning process. This tool strengthens the participatory dimension of the project, as learners are not only recipients of training content, but active contributors to their own educational pathway. Through this structure, the project promotes a more reflective, inclusive and learner-centred approach to digital education.
